Having commenced her career as a Barrister in London, and then gone on to hold Senior Managerial roles with large Multinational Organisations, Genevieve has developed a strong understanding of people and organisations globally, in particular how to create high performance environments and to maximise individual and organisational achievement.
This experience has been further honed by leading her own Management Consulting business, specialising in Leadership and Organisational Development, Executive Search and Succession Planning across both the public and private sectors, and a number of Government Departments over the last fifteen years.
Over the last three years, Genevieve was Director-Operations and Chief Executive Officer of The Swann Group, a global Executive Search Firm in Mining & Resources, Construction and Engineering, with offices in each Australian State, New Zealand, China, and Canada. During that time, she also established a highly successful IT Services Company, a subsidiary of Swann.
Genevieve is now a founder and Chief Executive of Artemis International Executive Search. She is able to draw upon a wealth of experience in understanding the complex and demanding challenges faced by international companies in the 21st century. Genevieve is keen to provide and promote diversity within the traditional sectors in which she works, in particular through her ongoing work with Women in Mining and Resources.
