Practice Director, Executive Search

Richard brings extensive Executive Search experience across various industries including Mining and Resources, Transport and Infrastructure.

Working closely with clients, Richard puts a strong emphasis on understanding their Strategic, Financial, Political and Operational issues.  This is underpinned by his first hand knowledge of the risks associated with attracting and retaining key executives as well as the challenges of staffing projects throughout their life cycle.

He has worked as a Principal Consultant with the Asia-Pacific wide Senior Executive Search Firm E.L Consult,  held the role of Practice Director with the Mining Search Firm, The Swann Group and Practice Director with the eighth largest global Executive Search Firm, IIC Partners.

Richard has held a number of directorships and is a qualified educator. He regularly  runs training workshops and presents executive briefings.
