Our Execution Strategy
Artemis will take a detailed brief from key stakeholders. We will then agree with you a Position Description which would include the following:
- A company profile
- Purpose and title of the role(s)
- Key responsibilities and accountabilities
- Key challenges and cultural considerations
- Requirement of the incumbent
- Location
- Indicative salary package/remuneration.
- Information relating to lifestyle/social aspects
Artemis will undertake a National, and if necessary, an International Executive Search to produce a shortlist. We agree with you a reporting schedule informing you of our progress.
Our research team places a strong focus on the following:
- Our national and global networks;
- Industry bodies;
- Research into successful relevant and reputable companies;
- Research of target candidate sources and identification of potential candidates.

Solution Delivery
- Generation of a preliminary list of interested candidates with sufficient assessment to enable the client to reach agreement on a shortlist for further investigation.
- Detailed assessment of short-listed candidates, utilising targeted selection interviews and checking with third parties (nominated referees and others).
- Provision of a detailed “Shortlist Matrix”, based on the above investigation against key selection criteria for the role.
- Co-ordination of client-candidate interviews.
- Co-ordination of candidate testing (psychometric or other) if required.
- As required, support in negotiation of the compensation package with the selected candidate.
- Provision of fortnightly search assignment progress reports, or as agreed.
- The appropriate stage for undertaking referee reports would be agreed with the client.
Ongoing Service
Artemis prides itself on the superior level of service that it provides to clients and candidates at the completion of a search assignment, including a follow-up and satisfaction audit and regular review and consultancy. We carry out regular follow-ups to ensure that we review the ongoing level of satisfaction of both our clients and our candidates.
